Case Management
Our case management coaches offer strength-based, non-clinical support to individuals dealing with mental health issues, addiction recovery, and other personal challenges. We help clients start a new life in recovery by modeling a healthy lifestyle and providing guidance, encouragement, and accountability. While everyone's journey is unique, our coaches help clients avoid common pitfalls, develop new skills, and work toward their personal goals. Our mission is to improve our clients' quality of life by connecting them with community resources and advocating for them.

Our coaches work part-time with clients, dedicating between 4 to 20 hours per week. Most of the time, we meet clients outside of a traditional office setting, supporting them in establishing an independent life.

Mind, Body & Spirit
Addiction and recovery involve an interconnected relationship between the mind, body, soul, and spirit. Anything affecting one area impacts the others, as we are whole beings with intimately connected parts. Holistic addiction and trauma treatment recognizes that lasting recovery requires addressing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Unlike conventional treatment centers that often focus primarily on the mind, holistic treatment aims to address the root cause of addiction, support complete healing, and restore balance to the entire being.
Substance Abuse
Individuals struggling with substance abuse, whether it involves alcohol, drugs, or prescription medications, can greatly benefit from case management services. These individuals often require comprehensive support to address the complex issues associated with addiction.
Dual Diagnoses
Individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, known as dual diagnosis, can benefit from integrated case management. This approach addresses both mental health and substance use issues simultaneously for more effective treatment.
Digital Addiction
In today's tech-driven world, device addiction is on the rise, with social media, gaming, and internet addiction being common examples. This behavioral addiction involves excessive use of smartphones and computers, interfering with daily life. Symptoms include compulsive use of digital devices and online activities, leading to issues like stress, anxiety, depression, and social isolation. Technology often serves as a coping mechanism for emotions like boredom or loneliness, making addiction hard to resist. Treating technology addiction is complex due to its pervasive role in modern life.
Those Entering Sober Living or Attending Programs
For someone new to a life in recovery, managing all the necessary tasks can be challenging. Traditional treatment is limited, so securing stable income, housing, and long-term community resources is essential. Having a case manager on your side can make the difference between success and failure in maintaining sobriety and recovery.
Mental Health
When working with individuals with serious mental health conditions, case managers provide practical skills coaching to promote independent living. This includes financial management, emotional support, and crisis intervention. They may also advocate for clients in meetings with medical providers or service agencies. Effective case management ensures comprehensive care and support, minimizing service gaps.
Gambling Addiction
Problem gambling is often called a silent addiction because it can go unnoticed for many years, causing significant financial and emotional harm before it's recognized as a problem. Individuals struggling with this addiction feel an uncontrollable urge to keep gambling despite the toll it takes on their lives and their families. Gambling can stimulate the brain's reward system much like drugs or alcohol, leading to addiction.
