Chase Thayer
Founder & Jedi
Chase Thayer began his career in recovery in 2008 as an in-house manager at New Life House, a sober living facility in Los Angeles, California. His effective leadership led to his promotion to House Director, where he managed the recovery process for 36 young men aged 18 to 22. During this period, Chase expanded his support to encompass entire families, initiating weekly Family Group Sessions and individual family check-ins.

He developed a holistic case management approach that includes not only the full family system but also educational programs to equip his clients with vital life skills such as money management, essential for successful sober living. Chase's extensive experience across various roles in the treatment sector has equipped him with the insights and tools necessary to address the deficiencies he observed in traditional treatment programs.

Austin Healing Center, the culmination of his vision, exemplifies his commitment to healing. It leverages a ripple effect that begins with the individual client, extends to their families, and reaches the broader community, truly making a difference in the world.
