Greg Liotta is an addictions counselor, personal coach, and experienced public speaker. Formerly a Primary Counselor at Crossroads Centre, Antigua, he now works with students in recovery and has provided personal development worldwide. Since entering recovery in 1990, Greg has explored numerous healing paths, including the 12 steps.

Committed to personal, emotional, and spiritual growth, Greg offers high-quality service from an "inside-out" model. His approach is influenced by experts like Gabor Maté, Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, and Janina Fisher. Trained in neurofeedback, HRV technology, HeartMath, and as a Certified Experiential Facilitator, he specializes in trauma-sensitive somatic healing modalities.
